Refunds are provided only in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Refunds will be considered if:

  • We are unable to provide the service as agreed
  • There are significant technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
  • Services are cancelled before work commences

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after service delivery
  • Services already rendered or content already delivered
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Technical issues on the client's end

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to contact@opusvidya.com.

  • Before Service Commencement: Full refund minus processing fees
  • After Service Commencement: No refund; charges apply for work completed
  • Subscription Services: Can be cancelled anytime; no refund for current billing period

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to contact@opusvidya.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include order details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 10-15 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
