At Opus Vidya, we are committed to providing high-quality education content and services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

2. Digital Goods Refund Policy

All sales of digital content are final. Due to the digital nature of our white-label study materials, mock tests, and question banks, we do not offer refunds once the digital files have been accessed, downloaded, or generated from your account.

Please review free samples before purchasing: We provide comprehensive free samples for all our study materials and mock tests. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review these samples to ensure they meet your quality standards and format requirements before making a purchase.

Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical errors on our platform preventing you from downloading purchased content for an extended period.
  • Duplicate charges for the exact same transaction due to a payment gateway error.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase or download.
  • Lack of expertise to use the downloaded files (e.g., Word, CSV formats).
  • Incompatibility with your specific LMS platform (please test with free samples first).
  • Unused wallet credits (wallet credits cannot be encashed or refunded).

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their accounts by providing written notice to opusvidya@gmail.com.

  • Digital Purchases: Cannot be cancelled once downloaded.
  • Custom Content Services: If you hired us for custom content creation, cancellation before work commences will yield a full refund minus processing fees. After work commences, charges apply for work completed.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to opusvidya@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include order details and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review within 5-7 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 10-15 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
