Refunds are provided only in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our team.
Refunds will be considered if:
- We are unable to provide the service as agreed
- There are significant technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery
- Services are cancelled before work commences
No refunds will be provided for:
- Change of mind after service delivery
- Services already rendered or content already delivered
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Technical issues on the client's end
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice to contact@opusvidya.com.
- Before Service Commencement: Full refund minus processing fees
- After Service Commencement: No refund; charges apply for work completed
- Subscription Services: Can be cancelled anytime; no refund for current billing period
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Send an email to contact@opusvidya.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include order details and reason for refund
- Our team will review within 5-7 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 10-15 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
